Once Gandhiji asked his wife Revered. Kasturba, "I am seeing that for the last three-four days you are not adding SALT in food, why? what is wrong? The reply came from her which was quite strong and very strange to listen to. “One day you say that salt is less, another day salt is more, hence I have just kept the salt container next to you. How much salt you desire to add, you may add and keep quiet." Since that day onwards Revered Bapuji – Revered Mahatma Gandhiji stopped taking SALT in his regular meals. This habit of him continued up to the last breath of his life.
Patriotism is the outward life of individual beings, but, in the foundation of their life, they are made of a very strong structure of the personal discipline. This very discipline can only make oneself bold, full of courage, and the man of truth.
