Sivananda International Vedanta-Yoga Academy ( SIVA) -  Yoga and meditation camps each month from 1^st- 10^th morning Yogasana classes for the beginners and for the advanced Yoga students have been organized. Also afternoon and evening yoga classes, specially for the benefits of ladies are a regular activity. It is possible for the kind seva of  Dr. Snehal Amin, Smt. Surekhaben Sonar, Miss Sangeeta Thawani, Smt. Yojna Tandon and Smt. Janki Shah and many others. 

Through Vishvanath Mahadev Seva Kendra 3rd of each month free distribution of grains to needy Daridra Narayana families is being done. Through Sivananda Swathya Kendra free consultation and holistic way of treating health problems to sick and afflicted. It runs Monday- Wednesday-Friday (6.oo to 8.30 pm ). Dr. Snehal Amin and others devote their time for making it possible.

Gita Jayanti celebration (Nov 28, 2009)  A special satsang was held on holy Gita Jayanti at the ashram. A large number of devotees joined  in recitation of Sri Bhagwad Gita Parayan.

Sadhu Vaswani’s 130th Birthday falls on 25th November. To commemorate His birthday, November 25th is observed as International Meatless Day and Animal Rights Day. This campaign, started in the year 1986, has been steadily gathering momentum. Last year over 10 million people, from all over the world, sent their individual pledges, undertaking to abstain from all food of violence on November 25. 

Sadhu Vaswani Mission, Ahmedabad Center, organized a Run to stop all killing, “Meatless Day and Animal Rights Day”. With a great enthusiasm about 3000 people Young & Old, Men & Women joined in this event. Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji lit the torch, gave a green flag and Swamiji himself ran with the crowd and brought a special fervor.

Bochasan – His Holiness Sri Pramukh Swamiji Maharaj of BAP’S holy and happy 89^th birthday was celebrated at Bochasan on Nov 25, 2009 by devotees in remembrance of sweet name of the Lord Sri Swami Narayan. Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji greeted Revered Swami Bapa and offered his pranams and shawl, cushion etc. Sri Swamiji received Pujya Sri Pramukh Swamiji’s blessings and Sri Swami Bapa expressed his joy of Sri Swamiji’s presence.

 On Nov 26, 2009 Rotary club, Ahmedabad arranged a meeting in presence of Sri Swamiji Adhyatmanandaji. Swamiji spoke on the subject of “Need of Spirituality in Present Cinerio”. Dr. Arvind H. Agarwal, the President of the club welcomed  and honored Sri Swamiji. Dinner was served after the session to all.

Haridwar - Sri Sri Maa Anandamayi Sangh celebrated its 60th Samyam Saptah from Oct 26, 2009 to – Nov 3, 2009.  Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj was invited by the trustees of  Sri Anandamayi Sangh. This was Swamiji’s 34th time attending the Samyam Saptah. Sri Swamiji shared his reminiscence with Sri Sri Maa with devotees all seven days.

In the evenings Sri Swamiji gave series of discourses at Vedant Sammelan of Sri Paramananda Bhandar, Kankhal at Haridwar. At night Swamiji’s satsang on Sri Shanker Vedant at Shivalik Nagar, BHEL was organized with great enthusiasm. Sri Swamiji Maharaj was invited by number of devotees to grace their homes as well member of their family. 

Yamunanagar (Nov 4, 2009 –Nov 5, 2009) A seminar on mental hygiene was conducted at Dental College, Yamunanagar, which was presided by Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji. Tree plantation was done in the campus as well Mr. I.K. Pandit, Dean of the college conveyed vote of thanks at concluding ceremony. On Nov 5, 2009 Sri Swamiji addressed a large gathering of students of Swami Dayananda Arya Vidyalaya.Sri Swamiji visited number of industries as well business places upon sincere request of devotees. Sri Surinder Vasudevaji and family organized all the programs. 

Karnal (Nov 6, 2009 – Nov 7, 2009) - Sri Karan Yoga Association organized Sri Swamiji Maharaj’s short visit to Karnal. Grand satsangs were organized at beautiful park of Chetak Cook wear, Hindustan Pumps and at Sri Satish Goelji’s residence. Tree plantation was done at different areas of Karnal. Swamiji’s honored requests of a few devotees  and visited their homes and blessed them. On Nov 8, 2009 Swamiji departed for Ambla. 

Ambala - The Divine Life Society branch Ambala celebrated its service of ten years of Homeopathic Charitable Clinics in many different areas of Ambala. Sri Swamiji Maharaj visited all the clinics. Also inaugurated Eron Computer Academy at Ambala.  After home satsang at Om Prem Bhavan, Swamiji departed for Ludhiana. 

Ludhiana - (Nov 8, 2009 – Nov 10, 2009).  At famous Sri Durga Mata Mandir of Jagrao Bridge,  Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj’s evening satsang ( 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm)  was organized. Swamiji enlightened the devotees on  Navadha Bhakti and Aranya Kand of Sri Ramcharit Manas of Saint Tulsidasji Maharaj. 

Jalandhar - Om Prakash Sharmaji, President of Divine Life Society branch Ambala organized a satsang at famous Jain Bhawan, Kapurthala Chowk, and Jalandhar. Sri Swamiji was requested by organizer to address the learned gathering on the subject “Life beyond Death”. The prayer meeting was organized for Atmashanti and Paramgati of departed soul of Sri Indrajeet Sharmaji, an elder brother of Om Prakash Sharmaji. 

Chandigarh (Nov 12, 2009 – Nov 13, 2009) - Devotees of Gurudev Sri Swami Sivanandaji Maharaj organized three days program here at Panchkula. Public satsangs at at Shiv-Ananda Photo Company Chandigarh, Dr. Mrs. Nirmal Bhatia and Sri Dharmavir Bhatia, Orphanage run by Sri Chandramohanji and at residence of Sri Ashwani Deogarji.  During his stay Sri Swamiji Maharaj graced number of devotees house upon their requests. 

Noida –Delhi.  Upon very sincere request of Sri Ashok Rajnath, Chairman of Associated Group of Companies at Noida, Sri Swamiji visited the company and addressed entire grand family of workers and executives A.G. C Ltd, Noida on Nov 11, 2009. In the afternoon, Sri Swamiji was invited to visit Justice Sri R.N. Mittalji’s bunglow at Safdarjung, New Delhi. In the evening satsang was held at Smt. Amita and Sri Anjani Nandan Sharan. Next day forenoon satsang was organized at the residence of Mrs. Anita Srivastava. In the evening, Swamiji came back to Ahmedabad.

 Jamnagar (Nov 20, 2009) - Sri M.P. Shah Medical College, Ayurvedic University, Medical Association and Gujarat Divya Jivan Sangh jointly organized Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji’s one-day visit to Jamnagar. Sri Swamiji with Sri Arun Oza and a devotee group arrived Jamnagar in evening. A lively evening satsang (9.00pm -10.30pm) was organized at Jeevan Deep Hospital of Dr. H.G. Tanna, President, The Divine Life Society branch Jamnagar.

On Nov 21, 2009  morning Sri Swamiji conducted open forum of yoga learning at Joggers Park, which was attended by large number of yoga lovers from 6.00am to 7.30 am. Sri Swamiji planted the saplings in premises of Sri Oswal Institute of Education and addressed to the students of school of management on the subject of “I, We and Future”. It was  enlightening and interesting session of question and answer. From Oswal Education campus Swamiji went to visit famous Khijada Mandir.

In the afternoon a discourse was planned at ESSAR Institute of Petroleum. In the park of the institute tree plantation was done, which was followed by spectacular yoga demonstration by expert yoga demonstrators of Sivananda Ashram, Ahmedabad, which was conducted by Ms. Sangeeta Thawani. Sri Swamiji brought a spotlight upon a subject “Management of Desire”. Thanks to Sri Jyotindra Vachharajani, Vice President of ESSAR Group and Mrs. Mazi, Secretary of Ladies club who jointly organized the program.

 “Therapeutic use of Science of Yoga” was discussed by Sri Swamiji at M.P. Shah Medical College. Dean of the Medical College Dr. Vikas Sinha and Vice Chancellor of Gujarat Ayurved University, Dr. M.S. Baghel, Dean Dr. H.M Chandola and other leading medical doctors, medical students etc. attended the session with great enthusiasm.  The session concluded with Q & A and meditation.
