<div align="left">"That which has no parts is the
Fourth, transcendental, destitute of phenomenal
existence, all bliss and non-dual. This verily is
<i>Omkara.</i> He who knows this merges his self
in the Self."<br>
<br>
That which has no parts is called<i> Amatra</i>,
without measure. <i>Amatra Omkara</i> is the
fourth quarter, i.e., pure Atman. The benefit
derived from the realization of the Atman, the
fourth is that the knower himself enters into the
Self by means of the Self. He attains immortality.
He is not born again. As the Atman is beyond the
reach of mind and senses, It is transcendental. <u>Visva</u>
merges in <i>Taijasa</i>, Taijasa in<i> Prajna</i>
and<i> Prajna</i> dissolve itself in <i>Turiya</i>
Atman-Brahman.<br>
<br>
Meditation on Om helps the aspirant in the
attainment of Self-realization or the final
realization of Brahman. Just as the rope is
realized when the illusion of snake vanishes, so
also Brahman who is Om is realized when the
illusion of duality or <i>Avidya</i> disappears,
through the attainment of knowledge of the Self. <a

<div align="left">"New Year Message" by Swami
Sivananda</div>
<div align="left"><br>
</div>
<div align="left">On this glorious New Year’s day
make a strong resolve to wipe away all the old
worldly Vasanas or tendencies and bad
impressions and to control the senses and the
mind.<br>
Know the value of time. Time is most precious.
Utilise every second profitably. Live every
moment of your life for the realisation of your
ideal and goal. Do not procrastinate. That
"tomorrow" will never come. Now or never.
Abandon idle gossiping. Kill egoism, laziness
and inertia. Forget the past. A glorious and
brilliant future is awaiting you.</div>
<div align="left"><br>
</div>
<div align="left">Equal vision is the touchstone
of knowledge. Unselfishness is the touchstone of
virtue. Brahmacharya is the touchstone of
ethics. Oneness is the touchstone of
Self-realisation. Humility is the touchstone of
devotion. Therefore, be unselfish, humble and
pure. Develop equal vision. Be in tune with the
Infinite. -Swami Sivananda <a

<div align="left">"This Moment" <br>
This moment is God. God comes to you as this
moment. He does not descend in some sort of supra
mundane shape and size with lights flashing and
sound emanating. He comes silently as this moment.
Now is God. He constantly keeps coming to you as
now, as this moment. We have to help God to help
us when He comes as <i>kaloham</i>—I am time, I am
life. <br>
</div>
<div align="left"><br>
</div>
<div align="left">And what is life and what is time
if it is not now, if it is not this moment?
Without any distinction of age or sex or caste or
creed or race it is given to everyone, saint or
sinner. That is the equal vision of the Divine. It
is not withheld from anyone. It is given to
everyone. God comes to everyone as this moment.
This is life. This is the I AM God—here, now. That
is the greatest thing. This moment is the most
tremendous thing that can happen to you. It is the
greatest thing that can be given to you. Be wise.
Make use of this moment and bless yourself
eternally. - Swami Chidananda <a

<div align="left">Quotes of Swami Vivekananda</div>
<div align="left">
<ul>
<li>Thank God for giving you this world as a
moral gymnasium to help your development,
but never imagine you can help the world.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>When there is a conflict between the heart
and the brain, let the heart be followed
.... the intellect has only one state, i.e.
reason .... it works within that and cannot
go beyond. It is the heart which can take
you to the highest plane. It goes beyond the
limits of the intellect and attains to what
is called inspiration.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Never mind the struggle, the mistakes -- I
never heard a cow tell a lie, but it is only
a cow ... never a man. So never mind these
failures, these little drawbacks; hold the
ideal a thousand times, and if you fail a
thousand times, make the attempt once more.
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> In real meditation you forget the body.
You may be cut to pieces and not feel it at
all. You feel such pleasure in it. You
become so light. This perfect rest we will
get in meditation.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Learn to feel yourself in other bodies,
to know that we are all one. Throw all other
nonsense to the winds. Spit out your
actions, good or bad, and never think of
them again. What is done is done. Throw off
superstition. Have no weakness even in the
face of death. Do not repent, do not brood
over past deeds. Be âzâd ("free").</li>
