                    <div dir="ltr">The first part "A" is <i>Vaisvanara</i>
                      whose sphere is the condition of waking, on
                      account of all-pervasiveness, or on account of
                      being the first. He who knows this obtains
                      verily all desires and becomes the first."<br>
                       </div>
                    <div dir="ltr"> As the word Om represents the Atman,
                      so the <i>Matras</i> of Om represent respectively
                      the different conditions in which the Atman
                      manifests itself. <i>Matra</i> "A" represents
                      Vaisvanara, the first condition. Have the symbol
                      "A" before you and meditate on <i>Vaisvanara</i>
                      till you identify yourself with the object
                      of meditation. Just as "A" pervades in all the
                      letters of the alphabet, so also <i>Vaisvanara</i>
                      pervades all things of the universe. Just as "A" 
                      is the first letter in "AUM",  so also <i>Vaisvanara</i>
                      is the first condition of the Atman.......Sruti
                      says, "The letter "A" is the whole of speech."
                      All sounds are pervaded by "A". In the Bhagavad
                      Gita you will find "Aksharanam Akarosmi-of letters
                      the letter "A" I am"( Bhagawad Git Chapter
                      X:33)......</div>

                      "AUM," just as "A" is the first of all sounds and
                      letters, so also the waking state is the first
                      of the three states.You can derive the knowledge
                      of the other states from the waking state. The
                      experiences of the three states form the whole
                      experience of the universe. Therefore, the waking
                      state pervades the whole universe........... He
                      who knows it has all his desires fulfilled. He
                      becomes the first among the great. He becomes the

                      Meditation to concentrate the mind. There is a
                      great contri­bution of Omkar to lead the mind on
                      the spiritual path."..........."The practice of
                      Omkar destroys Tamasik thoughts and converts the
                      Rajasik thoughts into Sattvik thoughts.</p>
                    <p>"In one minute, chanting of OMKAR should be done
                      four times that will make one Omkar chant in
                      fifteen seconds. In the beginning, start Omkar
                      chanting for five minutes and gradually increase
                      it to twenty minutes in the morning after waking
                      up. Because during each Omkar you get extra oxygen
                      for eleven seconds in comparison to regular
                      breathing; so within five minutes, you will get
                      extra oxygen for 220 seconds. If you practice
                      Omkar chanting three times a day in the morning,
                      afternoon, and evening (each for fifteen minutes)
                      then you will get extra oxygen for 33 minutes in a
                      day. The purification of blood occurs through the
                      lungs. The brightness of the eyes, the beauty of
                      the face, the shining of the skin, hearing and
                      breathing capacity, speech, digestion power, as
                      well as our nervous system, will function
                      systematically. Our liver, kidneys, pancreas,
                      intestine, adrenal glands, spleen, bladder, the
                      vital organs like the cerebrum, cerebellum,
                      pituitary gland, heart, lungs etc. will function
                      systematically and properly due to the extra
                      oxygenation through the purification of blood in
                      the Lungs...... So, the key to good health, long
                      life, and balanced life is the regular practice of
