              letters (of the word OM); it is the Omkara with its parts.
              The quarters are the parts, and the parts the quarters.
              The parts of Om are "A," "U" and "M"."</p>

              described from the viewpoint of the states of waking,
              dream, sleep and <i>Turiya</i>. The same Atman is
              described from the viewpoint of the sound OM in the
              following Mantras. This will help meditation on Om. Om is
              analyzed into its constituent sound elements 'A,' 'U' and
              'M' in order to identify them with the states of waking,
              dream and sleep. Those which constitute the quarters of

            the manifestation of the Lord and you are serving the Lord

              <div align="left"><i>Surya Namaskara</i> or Sun Salutation
                ("salute to the sun"), is a common sequence of Hatha
                Yoga asanas. Its origins lie in a worship of Surya, the
                Hindu Solar deity. This sequence of movements and poses
                can be practiced on varying levels of awareness, ranging
                from that of physical exercise in various styles, to a
                complete sadhana, which incorporates asana, pranayama,
                mantra and chakra meditation. <br>
                The physical base of the practice links together twelve
                asanas in a dynamically performed series. These asanas
                are ordered so that they alternately stretch the spine
                backwards and forwards. When performed in the usual way,
                each asana is moved into with alternate inhalation and
                exhalation (except for the sixth asana where the breath
                is held in external suspension).</div>

                After five months of COVID-19 lockdown, the ashram has
                opened Temple Shrines for the darshan to the community
                from August 21, 2020. Visitors are permitted to enter
                the ashram with all the precautions, wearing MASK,
                maintaining an essential social distance, ashram's
                volunteers are checking the temperature of
                everyone, before entering the Ashram premises and use
                hand sanitizer etc. No Prasad distribution or crowd will
                be allowed during the Aarti.<b> Regular Yoga classes at
                  the Ashram are still not started.</b><br>

                Pujya Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj's daily Spiritual
                discourses are organized through Sivananda Ashram in
                collaboration with <a moz-do-not-send="true"
                  href="https://www.facebook.com/AmdavadtakAT/">Amadavadtak
                  Facebook TV media</a>. "Shiv Katha" by H.H Sri Swami
                Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj during Shravan Month (July 21,
                2020 - Aug 18, 2020) has concluded and now <b>"Upanishad
                  Amrutam" has commenced on "Kathopnishad" </b>from Aug
                23, 2020. Even though there is not usual devotees crowd
                attending live Satsang at the Ashram, hundreds of
                devotees are watching, listening online sitting at their
                own home in the present crisis of the COVID Pandemic! It

                touched the hearts of one and all who attended the

                name of Gurudev Sri Swami Sivanandaji Maharaj. Thanks to
