Be happy now.

Every death is a reminder. Every bell that rings says,
"The end is near". Every day robs off from you one part
of your precious life. Therefore, you should be very
earnest in plunging yourself in constant Sadhana.

Never fall a victim to fruitless regret. Today is the
best day. Today is the day of your new birth. Start
Sadhana now. With folded palms, bid good-bye to past
mistakes and faults. You have learnt your lessons. March
forward now with new hope, determination, and vigilance.

Waver not. Fear not. Doubt not. Do something substantial
in the path of Sadhana instead of wasting your time in
idle pursuits and lethargy. You have infinite strength
within you. There is a vast reservoir of power within
you. Therefore, do not lose heart. Obstacles are
stepping stones to success. They will develop your will.
Do not allow yourself to be crushed by them. Defects
remind you of perfection. Sin reminds you of virtue.
Chose the positive path." - Swami Sivananda <a

Swami Chinmayananda, the illustrious saint-scholar, was
giving a series of discourses on Gita during his Gita
Jnana Yajna at Lucknow in 1977. In course of his talk he
dealt with the characteristics of a Sthita Prajna, the
ideal Godman of the holy scripture. At the end of the
talk Prof. Varma who was, indeed, very much impressed,
sought an interview with Chinmayanandaji and put the
straight question - Is the ideal Godman of Gita a mere
scriptural representation or a living reality? Is there
anybody in India today who may fittingly be called a
Sthita Prajna?

The erudite monk who is not given to easy praise paused
for a moment and then replied with all seriousness and
solemnity - Yes. There are such great ones. One is
Mother Anandamayi and the other is Swami Chidananda. One
should behold them and get sanctified.
Shavasan that leads to relaxation and finally
establishes in meditation. It is the art of conscious
relaxation. It is a technique which will allow you to
reach new sates of conscious awareness with acute
perception of both your physical and subtle body. As
you practice these techniques you will feel the flow
of Prana move through physical, emotional and
energetic blockages. The end result is the healing of

my life & Life of my life", says Sri Swami
Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj. Yes, this is a verbatim truth,
Guru Smarana is unbroken in HIS heart. Narrating life
incidences of Gurumaharaj are so spontaneous and
heartfelt that touches the hearts of the listeners and
brings tears to them, sometimes. We know that the Guru
never dies even though Guru might not be in the physical
form, we observe that Pujya Swamiji incessantly feels
the presence of Guru Maharaj. His devotion to Gurudev
Sri Swami Sivanandaji Maharaj & Gurumaharaj Sri
Swami Chidanandaji Maharaj is unparallel. HE taught us
to surrender to SIVA. Jai ho! Jai Gurudev!
indeed a rare opportunity to be a part of this memorable
occasion. The key organizers of HIS past tours joined
together and coordinated Centenary Tour 2015 itinerary.

The tour commenced from Chicago on June 1, 2015 holy
Sannyasa day of Gurudev Swami Sivanandaji Maharaj with
satsang organized by Gita study group members. Tour
itinerary took Swamiji to Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte
(NC), Bloomington (IN), Detroit, Windsor, Toronto, New
Jersey, San Jose, Milwaukee, Madison and Toledo
concluding on Aug 5, 2015 in USA. Tour will continue in
UK, reaching back to the ashram on Sept 1, 2015.
Some of the highlights of Chidananda Birth Centenary
Tour 2015……

Pujya Swamiji’s holy presence at Maharudram &

Here, we bring sentiments of deepest gratitude,
wonderful experiences of peace and joy of devotees and
organizers to Pujya Swamiji Maharaj in their own
words...........All are unique in their own ways,
expressing their core feelings touching to the hearts of
others...... the Divine Bhav that is expressed
through the words brings Pujya Swamiji amongst their
midst, again and again.<a

"Swamiji radiates peace, he radiates love, he radiates
the inner beauty that comes from someone who is happy
inside and what he shows to you is what he feels. So
it’s one of those rare individuals that you come across
that immediately attracts you, not because of
showmanship, not because of all honors that he have,
deservingly received. None of that. Simply you sitting
before Swamiji, normal conversation, nothing serious,
but very profound at the same time, that’s what strikes
me to think about Swamiji" – Dr. Ravi Sharma

"Swamiji's inspiration for healthy and positive thinking
will leave long lasting effects in people's mind, In
His words," Think positive, Be Bold, Fear Not, Abide in
Truth, Stand by Truth and rest will follow naturally.
Pray fervently and ceaselessly. Remember God and
Gurudev. Do your daily Spiritual Sadhana. Abide in the
Supreme" – Ravi Ponanagi, PR India Tribune
