moon and the stars, nor do lightnings shine and much
less fire. All the lights of the world cannot be
compared even to a ray of the inner light of the Self.
Merge yourself in this light of lights and enjoy the
supreme Deepavali"<br>
<br>
"O Ram! The light of lights, the self-luminous inner
light of the Self is ever shining steadily in the
chamber of your heart. Sit quietly. Close your eyes.
Withdraw the senses. Fix the mind on this supreme light
and enjoy the real Deepavali, by attaining illumination
of the soul."<br>

"May you all attain full inner illumination! May the
supreme light of lights enlighten your understanding!
May you all attain the inexhaustible spiritual wealth of
the Self! May you all prosper gloriously on the material
as well as spiritual planes!"<br>

Early Morning Meditation Talks from " Ponder These

width="150"> "Surrender"<br>
" It is our ego-sense that we surrender, the idea “I am
doing.” We surrender our self-will and put ourselves
into His hands, so that we act as He dictates, we act as
He teaches. So action is there, but no more self-will,
no more action prompted by the mind, but action
according to the will of God, according to the wisdom
teachings of God and His saints."<br>
<br>
When you put yourself under the will of God and His
wisdom teachings, then you are a self-controlled person.
You will not allow the senses to do whatever they wish
or the mind to do whatever it wishes - Swami Chidananda.<a

Hari Om ! Om Namo Narayanaya!<br>
Loving Pranams ! Happy Diwali !<br>
May Almighty Lord and Sri Gurudev H. H. Sri Swami
Sivanandaji Maharaj's grace be ever upon you all! May
you all rejoice in the Lord, Sing His Divine Name and
abide in Him ! He is HERE and NOW.<br>
<br>
Days, months and years come and go. We too grow old. Day
by day our energy level comes down. But, so what ? Our
understanding grows more and more. Our clarity and
concept of life becomes more and more clear. The meaning
at the end of the life is brightening each day more and
illumining more, vibrantly in every breath.<br>
<br>
Seek that eternity of eternal unfading beauty of the
Prana, The very cosmic energy. When there was no Sun,
Moon, Jupiter or Saturn, when there were no earth, fire
or water, these Prana and sky were there.<br>
<br>
So, in the light of this tiny lamp delight in Eternity
of Absolute Reality, feel that I am walking in the
Light, in the light, in the light of Lord, in the Light
of the Lord. This Light is your very nature. You are the
Light of the Light, the Joy of the Joy and Peace of the
Peace. You are born Divine. Seek the Refuge of Prana,
the Cosmic Energy within you . You will abide in that
very Divinity and that is the only very aim of your
life.<br>
<br>
May God Gurudev bless you in all the efforts and in the
right direction of your Life Divine! God be With all of
you!<br>
Shine and prosper, Happy Diwali!<br>

On "Health Topics" from a Book " Yoga & Health " by
Sri Swami Adhyatmananda<br>
<br>
Osteoporosis : What Is Oseoporosis ? How Does the
Osteoporosis Treated & Prevented? Does Practice of
Flexibility exercises & Yogasana help ? Which
Yogasana is recommended? <br>
Osteoporosis is a condition characterized by the loss of
the normal density of bone, resulting in fragile bone.
Osteoporosis leads to literally abnormally porous bone
that is more compressible like a sponge, than dense like
a brick. This disorder of the skeleton weakens the bone
causing an increase in the risk for breaking bones (bone
fracture). Here the importance of proper nutrition can't
undermined. Regular practice of flexibility exercises,
Yogasana and Pranayama is essential for prevention and
treatment of Osteoporosis. <a
