knowledge of God.
It bathes the aspirant in the, ocean of divine bliss. Glory to Sri Rama
and His
Name!.......<br>

Cultivation of
righteousness is the process of unfoldment of the latent divinity in
man. The glorious incarnation of the
Supreme Being in the form of Lord Rama has exemplified the path of

cherished by Him, for it is only thus that there can be everlasting
peace,
prosperity and welfare in this world."</p>

surrender our self-will and put ourselves into His hands, so that we
act as He dictates, we act as He teaches. So action is there, but no

according to the will of God, according to the wisdom teachings of God

hyperacidity is gluttony. Besides gluttony, the use of
extra condiments, more than necessary chilies, eating more fried items,
lack of salad and fibers in the food, not consuming milk(other dairy
products),
dislike of
consumption of fruits, to eat at odd hours, to eat without proper
chewing, to
eat hurriedly, to eat while talking and lack of exercise all are the
additional reasons responsible for bad
digestion and acidity. <br>
      </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">A man must eat just enough
to fill half of his stomach; one fourth stomach should be filled with
water and
remaining one fourth be kept empty for the gas. Performance of  Kunjal
Kriya , Bhujangasana, Shalbhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,
Jalandhara bandha, Suryanamaskara, and Shavasana regularly with  proper
control of food intake and the use of medicine in some cases definitely
brings
in happy
and
