Hari Om! Om Namo Narayanaya,
Loving Adorations, Prayers and best wishes for Happy New Year 2010. May father in the Heaven bless you all with awakened inner spirit to realize the absolute in this very birth?
Let the thoughts of God fill your heart, mind and entire being to keep the worldly thoughts away. Forget the feeling that you are so and so, a Male or a Female, Doctor or an Engineer, White or Black by vigorous Brahma –Chintan, that is thinking only of the Absolute. Be simple and humble. Be cheerful always, give up worries, and be indifferent to the things which do not concern you. Fly away from bad company and vain discussions. Be alone for few hours daily. Give up greediness, jealousy and hoardings. Control your emotions by Vivek and Vairagya (Discrimination and Dispassion), give up back biting, criticizing and fault finding. You will shine and prosper.
Meditate daily without fail, Pray earnestly. You will harvest Peace and Illumination. God bless you all, May Gurudev Sri Swami Sivanandaji Maharaj’s grace be ever upon you all.
