Ashram is like pilgrimage place (Yatra Dham) during sacred Shravana month. Hundreds of devotees have offered to Lord Vishwanath a special pooja, Rudrabhishek, Rudripath, Prathiveshwar Pooja, Prahar Pooja during the month of Shravan. Also, offering of sacred Bilva Patras to the Lord has been almost non stop. Entire atmosphere agoged with the holy Vaidic hymn chanted by Pujariji's from early dawn to late night. A live telecast Sri Vishwanath Mahadev temple was telecasted on TV Channel -9 Gujarati with full Rudrabhishek, traditional worship toLord Shiva for the benefits of people at large. On every Monday Pujya Sri Swamiji offered a special Bhashma Aarati at Sri Vishwanth Temple.
In the evening daily discourse on Maha Shivapurana ( from 5.30 om -7.30pm) by Pujya Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj is a special treat for the devotees. Holy Shiva Purana sings the glory of Lord Shiva and His worship. It touches almost all the aspects of worship and devotion in Spiritual life. Swamiji pointed out that Shiva worship should not be limited to rituals at the temple only but it should be blended with introspection and intense Sadhana, which leads individual soul to the realization of the absolute and to make the Jiva (individual soul) establish in the blessed form of Siva and this is possible in this very Birth with sincere efforts.
Concluding of Shiva Puran Katha will be on Sept 8, 2010 with a special satsang of Gurudev Sri Swami Sivanandaji's 123rd Birth Annivarsary.
Independence day celebration ( August 15, 2010 ) Sri Swamiji hoisted the National flag with salutation and singing of National anthem. Sri Swamiji address to the gathering and encouraged patriotism.To be loyal and faithful to the nation is our first duty then to the society and last or least to the self.
Daily Yogasana classes, Reiki Teaching and Yogic treatment, Narayan Seva and Grain Distribution, daily night Satsang were the main activities of ashram carried out as usual during this month also. Poor feeding was done four times in this month. Grocery distribution to needy and poor also was done as usual in the first week of the month. Holy Sri Satyanarayan Pooja, Sri Lalita Sahasranam and Sri Gayatri Yajna were performed on full moon day. Yajnopavit changing function and Raksha Bandhan was celebrated at ashram on large scale by Akhil Brahaman Samaj of Ahmedabad.

On August 1, 2010 gathering was organized by devotees of renowned ancient poet Shri Vallabha Dhola’s decedents and great number of devotees of ‘Sri Bahuchar Maa"at Sri Sri Ashta Lakshmi Bhavan. Large numbers of devotees attended the function in spite of torrential rains and they had wonderful time.
On August 2, 2010 Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji addressed two different groups of ‘Dresser Send” an Indo American company at Odhav, on the theme of ‘Problems of Production Management and Solution through Yoga’. Tree plantation was done in the campus of the Industry by Sri Swamiji.
On August 13, 2010 evening Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj released audio CD named "Nad Brahma" of a very young artist of age twenty two, Shri Prahar Vora, who is known to the ashram from his childhood. It was a utter joy for him as well for all at the ashram for his accomplishment. Function was attended by a dignitaries of Karnavati city.
On August 14, 2010 Sri Swamiji was invited to unveil the picture, portray of Shri Prakash Mehta, a devotee and philanthropist at Sabarmati. Sri Swamiji addressed large gathering who wergethered to pay homage to their loving friend and a philosopher.
On August 22, 2010 was annual day of Laughing club of Ahmedabad. Mammoth crowd of about one hundred and eighteen such clubs were gathered. They were delighted by Pujya Swamiji's presence on this occasion.
On August 26, 2010 on occasion of first punya tithi of Late Shri Nandan Mehta, founder of Indian classical music institute ‘Saptak" program was organized in his memory at auditorium of famous Indian Institute of Management. Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj was invited to preside over the function. Sangeet Martand Pandit Jasraj sang and Pandit Hetal accompanied on Tabala. There was an excellent tabala performance also by Pandit Puran Maharaj of Banaras.
On August 28, 2010 Respected Shri Vaida Dilip Gadgilji Maharaj of Pune, visited ashram. A three days workshop upon the subject of “Charak Samhita Sutrasthan" was organized at Sri Swami Chidananda Dhyan Yoga auditorium, which was attended by learned scholars of ancient medical science of India. There were interesting sessions about Ayurved treatment with Q & A session.
On August 29, 2010 Function was organized by Sanjivani Health & Relief Committee, Ahmedabad. Highlight of the function was offering of free Mobile Medical Van in the service to Mankind. Sri Swamiji attended the function.
In the afternoon Sri Swamiji Maharaj was invited to Annual function of Gujarat Naturopathy and Yoga Maha Mandal. Shri Vinubhai G. Gandhi, advocate and doctor of naturopathy was honored lifetime achievement award for his unparallel social service in the field of Naturopathy by the worthy hands of Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj.
Yajnopavit changing function and Raksha Bandhan was celebrated at ashram on grand scale by Akhil Brahaman Samaj of Ahmedabad.
JAMNAGAR: - The Diamond Jubilee function of Sri Gita Vidyalaya (founded by Gitacharya late Sri Manharlalji Maharaj) was celebrated in the holy presence of Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj on August 8, 2010. Swamiji's one day visit here was full of programs. In the early dawn Swamiji conducted yoga workshop at Gita Vidyalaya of Park Colony. In the forenoon the function took place at Gita Vidyalaya, Sri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Afternoon Sri Swamiji attended the prayer meeting of the Divine Life Society of Jamnagar Branch. In the evening the main function of the day was organized at municipal town hall where Swamiji released the book “Gita for Children” by Dr. Kishor Dave. OM Shanti!
