787th Yoga, Meditation & Pranayam camp by H. H. Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji (Nov 28, 2016 - Dec 6, 2016) : During the ten days long camp Tratak, Meditation, Bandhas, Mudra, Flexibility Exercises, Asanas, Relaxation Techniques and knowledge of Pranayama were taught and the benefits of regular practice of Yoga, pranayam & meditation for healthy, happy & peaceful life were discussed. It was concluded with great satisfaction and joy by one and all who attended the camp.
Gita Jayanti ( Dec 10, 2016): 5082 since the first narration of Gita by Lord Sri Krishna to Arjun, Pandav brother and prince of Pandav race was celebrated with Archana, Poojan and Worship of Lord Sri Krishna & Holy Bhagavad Gita. Many devotees joined for recitation of Gita and special worship of Lord Sri Krishna on Gita Jayanti celebration at the ashram.
Sri Dattatreya Jayanti (Dec 13, 2016): On holy of Dattatreya Jayanti, a grand Laksharchana, Pooja, Sri Dattabavani chanting and Sri Datta Yajna was performed at Sri Dattatreya Temple of the ashram.
Refresher Yoga Course ( Dec 15, 2016 - Dec 30, 2016): It was conducted for all yoga teachers who are regularly attached to ashram’s daily yoga activities. H. H. Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj conducted the program
H. H. Sri Swami Ramswarupanandaji Maharaj from Sivananda Ashram has arrived at holy Sivananda Ashram for month long stay and satsang.
Many devotees from USA had visited the ashram this month for satsang, darshan and receiving blessings of Sri Swamiji Maharaj.
Sri Hari Raghavacharlu, a treasurer & director of board of management of Divya Jivan Sanskrutik Sangh, USA had come for fortnight stay at ashram for his spiritual sadhana.
Naik's feel blessed to spend their Christmas day in holy company of Sri Lallaji Maharaj, offered their worship to Sri Ashtalakshmi Maa and Lord Sri Viswanath Mahadev. They feel overwhelmed by the love and blessings received from Pujya Sri Swamiji Maharaj and Sivananda Parivar. Even a short visit for a day at holy ashram recharge them with divine breeze.

Maninagar (Ahmedabad) Dec 11, 2016 : World renowned
Institute of Brahmakumari’s organized workshop on ‘TRUTH’ as explained in Gita
in the forenoon of 11-12-2016 at their Mansarovar Bhavan , Maninagar. At the
same time they organized a public meeting at Sri Ram Krishna Prarthana Mandir,
Maninagar, on the theme of Non Violence as Gita desires. Sri B. K. Brijmohanji
from Delhi and Dr. Pushpa Pandey from Jabalpur and many more saints, sages from
different ashrams graced the function. H. H. Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj
presided over both functions.
Dehgam ( Dec 15, 2016) : Nav-graha Sthapna and Nav-graha
yajna was organized at Sri Kedareshwar Mahadev (Dehgam) by Nirvan Peethadhishwar
Acharya Mahamandaleshwar 1008 Srimat Swami Vishokanandaji Maharaj. Sri Swami
Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj graced the occasion.
Gita Mandir ( Dec 12, 2016): 4th Maha Samadhi Diwas of Late Brahmalin Atal Peethadhiswar Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Srimat Swami Mangalanandaji Maharaj was celebrated with Gita Parayan and blessing by saints & sages. This meeting was organized at Sri Gita Mandir. H. H. Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji remembered the relationship of Gurudev Sri Swami Sivanandaji Maharaj and H. H. Sri Swami Vidyanandaji Maharaj, the founder President of Gita Mandir, and he said “Same love and relationship was maintained by Sri Swami Mangalanandaji Maharaj with him.”
Maninagar (Ahmedabad) ( Dec 15, 2016) : Concluding of Holy
Srimad Bhagavat Katha was organized at Sri Ved Bhavan, Kankaria Lake. Worshipful
and Rev. Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj said on this occasion “Bhagavat is
the holy book which teaches us how to live and how to die. It shows the path to
blessedness.”

holy Sivananda Ashram on Dec 16, 2016
Chharodi (Ahmedabad) Dec 19, 2016 : Nirma University for Science & Technology, Chharodi (Ahmedabad) organized refresher program for their Senior Professors from Dec 19, 2016 - Dec 30, 2016. Revered Sri Swamiji Maharaj inaugurated the course and talked to them for two hours on the subject of “Ethics, Morality & Duties” Sri Swamiji said “Ethic is the science of conduct. Ethics itself is morality and morality is the only gate way to peace, bliss and supreme blessedness. It leads one to Eternal happiness and immortality”.
Mirzapur (Ahmedabad) Dec 22, 2016 : A peace march was conducted by Education Group of St. Xavier’s Schools of Ahmedabad region. It was like a beautiful carnival with colorful floats bringing message of Lord Jesus. H. H. Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj flagged off the Carnival and gave his message of Love, Purity, Service and Harmony.
Unjha (North Gujarat) ( Dec 25, 2016): 50th Birth Golden Jubilee was celebrated by Unjha Education Group. This group is running education institutes of high standard and 19 IAS officers have come out from this institute in the last fifty years. Sri Swamiji planted sapling of Borsali plant, a long life flowering tree in memory of Golden Jubilee of Unjha Kelavani Mandal. At the same time Rev. Swamiji addressed the large gathering and exhorted them to come forward and help the institute with all generosity.
Gandhinagar ( Dec 25,2016): Niranjani Akhada’s Sadhu’s
gathering was organized at Sri Dholeshwar Mahadev, Gandhinagar. Rev. Swami
Adhyatmanandaji Maharaj also graced the occasion.
